It's 9:11 and I've been up since 4:00. This wouldn't be a problem, if I didn't go to bed at 2. Between sleepiness, blurry vision, and just general bleck...Lyme's got the best of me.
In the center of the living room, sits a pile of week-old laundry, needing to be folded. In the kitchen, dirty dishes flood the sink and dishwasher. Around me, a pile of medical bills. There are texts/calls to return, insurance forms to submit, friends to get in touch with, and mountains of mail to go through. The exhaustion is overwhelming...Day 14 into Ivermectin (7 of them at full dosing)...and I am completely drained. In my entire life, I've never felt so weak.
At 10:30, there's blood to draw. Then medicine. Then, an hour later, food. Then the drugstore. Then detoxing (sauna, bath, and enema). Luckily, there are no other appointments today...no other obligations. Sleep is what I am craving. Just sleep, sleep, sleep.
Feel free to post your own boring itinerary below.
XOXOXO
Altered Today: My to do list
Blah, blah, blah, blah....right there with you my sweet friend! We will conquer slowly but surely! We can't worry about the dirty clothes or the dirty dishes....they will still be there when we can finally get enough energy to take care of them. We live out of mounds of clean clothes...can get them washed and dried...sometimes it takes 3 or 4 times washing them b/c i leave them in the washer so long they spoil....but everyone has learned to just sort through the mound...thank goodness i do have older kids who also can do these things.....as i travel this journey I am learning to so much...compassion, sympathy, empathy, patience....just to name a few! God has a plan and it is way bigger and better than mine!
My embroidery machine is screaming at me to get busy.....huge job this week and my body is screaming at me to go to bed....let's see who will win this screaming match!
Praying right now that you will get some relief today and to be able to accomplish those appts. that you need to and then that your body will be able to get the necessary sleep to help you heal!

I am praying that little elves come and do your embroidery work, while fairies re-wash your smelly laundry, and angels buy you brand new dishes (forget about the old ones). I love you, my little empathizer. Rest easy and thanks for the wishes. XOXO
