The day before my lyme doc appointment is always a bit stressful. So many things happen from one visit to the next. What's most important? What do I want to address? What do I want to accomplish? It's a bit like planning a really big business meeting.
There's so much I want to discuss tomorrow (not necessarily in this order):
-Insomnia
-Parasites
-Sleep shaking ("Myoclonus")
-Plans for Babesia treatment
-Juicing
-GU
-Yeast
-Mental slippage since stopping Rocephin
-My ART testing results
-Cognitive changes
-Additional testing
Getting it all down is the hardest part. Thank God I have this blog and my symptom journal.
Altered Today: How I approach recapping 5 weeks worth of experiences into an hour. Suggestions welcome. LOL.

I always take a list and am so rushed to ask him everything I kind of blabber on from one thing to the next, sometimes before he's even done answering the previous question. LOL. So...I'm not the best person to ask! But, I think you have it together pretty well, my friend. And Dr. K loves you. Maybe he'll spend another hour or more with you! :) Can't wait to hear how it goes! Will be waiting by the phone!
