My Inner Runner
"I am the one who is ready--to break down barriers and break through walls. I am alive, excited, and upstoppable. You have kept me hidden for far too long."
So as you know, or may not know--I am a Life Coach. That means people pay me to help them go after their goals and start creating a life they love. It's funny sometimes, being a "coach." On the one hand, it's the greatest job in the world. I mean, in what other profession can you get paid for helping people live life to the fullest? On the other hand, it's confronting because you are always looking at your own life and noticing where you are falling short.
When I start working with someone one of my favorite questions to ask them is "What dream have you given up on?" That question--combined with the daily inspiration I receive from others--has prompted me to answer a calling that has lived dormant in my life for far too long.
Above is a SoulCollage card I created called "My Inner Runner." I know she lives inside of me somewhere and with the help of my trainer and an upcoming Turkey Trot, I'm going to find her.
One Thing I Know for Sure: In order to bring out the best in others, you must first be willing to bring out the best in yourself.
To find your Inner Runner (or other important part), join me for An Introduction to Soul Collage on November 19th.
