-I'm singing...in the car, round the house, in the shower (Gollum never sings).
-I've had 3 good days this week. 3! I have not had good days (none of the less 3 of them) since June.
-My appetite is back. I WANT food (rather than eating 'cause I have to). This has not happened in almost a year.
-I'm less sensitive: to light, sounds, smells, lotions. I'm not crying in grocery stores. I can sit through a movie (without earplugs and sunglasses). My shadow's not scaring me.
-I WANT to move...swim, walk, E-X-E-R-C-I-S-E.
-I'm thinking about the future (daydreaming about people I want to see and places I want to go).
-I'm being creative (spending more time in my art room and less time on the computer).
-I have moments I am forgetting I am sick.
-The underside of my tongue is pink.
-I no longer see swirls and spots.
-I am not mixing up, forgetting, or switching words.
-Acupuncture, which used to hurt, no longer bothers me.
-I can walk to the mailbox without panting.
-I'd rather be outside than writing this blog post.
Granted, there's still more to do:
-Eliminate chronic Thrushy McThrush.
-Finish operation parasitic expulsion.
-Break the 4:15 am-11:30am sleep cycle.
-Rebuild energy (CAN'T WAIT 'til I can shower, get dressed, put on makeup, AND fix my hair).
-Eliminate shooty, mcshooty pains...permanently.
-Keep it going (3 sick days and 27 healthy days...that would be something).
Still, Whoopie!! Progress is progress.
Altered Today: Questioning what helped. Is it GU treatment? Ivermectin? Am I starting a new Lyme Cycle?
